                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          During a Typical Massage session I do a combination of Deep tissue/ Neuromuscular therapy and shiatsu pressure point work plus Swedish to warm up and relax the muscles Plus hot stones on many 90 minute and 2 hour outcall sessions and PNF stretching exercises, plus Reflexology on hands and feet and scalp and facial massage. I use Bonvital massage lotion and cream and several Biotone products .I include aromatherapy in all massages unless you have allergies to essential oils and Biotone massage cream with Arnica pain relievers for the best Massage experience . If you have allergies then I use a hypoallergenic Massage lotion instead.
(the 2 hour session also includes an exfoliating Sugar Body Scrub on outcalls only not in the office)
I specialize in Sciatica, Frozen Shoulders and severe Spinal issues such as Cipotic Arches(hunched or Arched backs)Depending on your needs I may also do Cupping or Ultrasound on Effected areas….
